Balanced diet is very important to our body. Our body need nutrients, vitamins and minerals everyday most especially if we are always active.

Preparing a balanced diet is quite difficult and tiresome or can be expensive but in this three days menu, not only you can have balanced diet but also cheap full yet balanced diet for your healthy body.We need do have balanced diet because as originally designed by God, our first parents also ate balanced and complete diet.

Menu Diet for Day 1

Breakfast

  • Banana, Potato-egg omelet, Whole wheat bread with margarine, unpolished rice if can provide, Soy coffee with milk.
  • Meal must be eaten between 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM

Lunch

  • Tokwa (Tufo) Adobo, Sauteed squash and string beans, Unpolished rice, Baked, Boiled or Fried nuts.
  • Meal can be eaten from 11:45 AM until 12:25

Supper

  • Vegetarian meat with coconut milk, Unpolished rice, Fresh pineapple
  • Meal can be eaten between 6:00 until 6:30

Menu Diet for Day 2

Breakfast

  • Papaya, Fried vegetarian Tocino, Boiled sweet potato with butter, Unpolished rice, Warm milk-no sugar.
  • Meal must be eaten between 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM

Lunch

  • Sweet and Sour Gluten, Boiled Camote Tops, Unpolished rice, Baked, Boiled or Fried nuts.
  • Meal can be eaten from 11:45 AM until 12:25

Supper

  • sauteed mongo beans or just beans, Unpolished rice, Fruit jelly (Gulaman) delight
  • Meals can be eaten between 6:00 until 6:30

Menu Diet for Day 3

Breakfast

  • Tempura Chunks, Pandesal (bread) with cheese, Champorado, Salabat
  • Meal must be eaten between 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM

Lunch

  • Vegetarian Apritada, Boiled malungay, Unpolished rice, soymilk.
  • Meal can be eaten from 11:45 AM until 12:25

Supper

  • Chili beans, Unpolished rice, Fresh buko juice
  • Meals can be eaten between 6:00 until 6:30
