Department of Labor and Employment recently release the latest regulations on the minimum wage this year 2011. There will a P22.00 increase in the minimum wage of all employees in the Private sectors in Metro Manila while P17.00 increase in the minimum wage of all employees in CALABARZON area.

This wage increase it to satisfy the latest consumer price index in the specific province. The increase depends on the type of cities you are in.
