Has the Entrepinoy Multipurpose Cooperative-Galmacro International Trading Corp. scam issue been resolved?

On our first report about the “Entrepinoy MPC Scam: Entrepinoy Multi-Purpose Cooperative and Galmacro International Trading Corporation” (also based on the report published by http://www.philstar.com), Entrepinoy Multipurpose Cooperative (EMPC) has engaged into unscrupulous and scam operation because of the nature of its business operation. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has advised that networking type of business is not allowed in the country and doing such business scheme is illegal.

The main office of the EMPC in Cubao, Quezon City was searched by BITAG group (an investigative TV5 show) with the help of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (CIDG) Quezon City Police District and some office workers were detained.

The entrapment of the EMPC employees and some officers has made big scandal not only to the members but also to the management staffs themselves.

Today, ppeso.com has received an email from the EMPC-Galmacro management stating that the case was already resolved and is now “handled by the Quezon City Fiscal Office and was already dismissed last Monday, May 14^th in the afternoon,” due to false accusations and fabricated evidences given by the complainants.

The entrapment operation by BITAG was unlawful and the custody of the victims by the CIDG authorities was either illegal. Also in the email, Galmacro stated, “the victims are now filing a counter demand against” the involved individuals.

The program of BITAG is yet to be aired tonight, Friday, May 18, 2012 on TV5 and the said illegal raid and entrapment operation done by the operatives will be shown also.

My previous post here in Ppeso.com about the issue does not say that EMPC-Galmacro is scam and scamming people, neither doing an illegal operation. The report does not intend to mislead the public regarding the said issue but to inform the people. Moreover, it was mentioned in the previous post to give the updates about the said issue. The report did not conclude and condemn the whole company (EMPC-Galmacro) and the management as SCAM.
