Daily Stress such as stress at work, school, travel, etc. is getting higher and bigger nowadays that is why many, not only adults but also teenagers, are developing a disorder called “ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder)” or the unfocused disorder.

Concentrating and focusing on something is hard most especially if your brain and body is not in good condition. There are many factors that may affect this condition and one of these is “Stress”. It is necessary for everybody to know how to handle stress properly. This is not easy to most of us. Stress build ups can risk our health and even can bring people to worst situation.

Not relaxed body (because of stress) means unhealthy body. How could we make ourselves relaxed and conditioned everyday? Are there ways can we make to lessen the acquisition of stress daily? Health experts say that some food can help ease the stress or can relax our body and mind. Well, it may be true. Way back at the time of Edam and Eve, they were fed by really fresh fruits and vegetables. They had a perfect diet; diet that our Creator has designed for everyone. What if every one of us follows that kind of diet? Everyone needs healthy, balanced, and complete diet.

Here’s a list of food that will help your brain retain energy, focus and more! They’re also pretty tasty.

  1. Chocolate – Caffeine and antioxidants will give you that little jolt you need when feeling drowsy or unfocused—not all the time recommended because of some health side effect such as killing neurons on our brain cells.
  2. Fruit – The natural sugars are good to give you energy and alertness.
  3. Breakfast – This meal does more than just satisfy your craving for bacon. Breakfast helps your energy levels rise and stay high all day.
  4. Fish – The healthy fats in fish allow your brain to function optimally. Two servings of fish are recommended every week.
  5. Nuts – The vitamin E in nuts has been shown to help reduce the effects of diseases such as Alzheimer’s and dementia.
  6. Blueberries – This super-nutritious fruit has also been shown to “turn back time” on the brain – making it function at the capacity of a younger person’s brain.
  7. Sleep (Not a food, but great for clear thinking!)
