It is true that many see MLM outright as scam.
Some are but many are legit.
MLM is just an alternate strategy to help businesses get the needed jumpstart.
If you resort to TV or Radio ads, mahal ito at di kaya ng marami.
Network Marketing or the “word of mouth” marketing is an inexpensive way of advertising your product.
Then again even the greedy business owners have abused the system for greed.
In general mabuti ang Network Marketing, pangmasa ito at magtatagumpay pa kung talagang masipag ka at may diskarte.
Same naman ang diskarte sa traditional business pero naging mas maganda kasi sa traditional ay “big income – big investment” pero sa Network Marketing “big income-small investment” kaya madami na itong pinayaman na drivers lang dati gaya ni Jun Kintanar, or janitor, housewife lng, and the list goes on.
Ito ang dahilan kaya sumikat ang Network Marketing.
Ang problema lang ay nakita ito ng mga sakim at ginamit ang concept para manloko.

TIPS:
1) Dapat ay mura lang o tama lang ang halaga ng pagsali. – Safe level ay hindi lalagpas sa P5,000. Ang theory dito ay kung mura ay mas malaki ang mass base. Kung mahal ay maliit ang mass base. Ang pwersa ng Network marketing ay nasa laki ng network. Hindi sustainable ang MLM business kung mahal masyado. But anyway, hindi naman porke mahal ay sablay na. May mga produkto naman kasi na sadyang mahal at pang mayaman lang. Okay pa rin kung ganun nga. Pero kung pang-masa yung product (i.e sold at P250 per bottle) ay dapat ang entry package niyan ay di tataas ng 3K.Otherwise, scam ang scheme na ginagamit ng business owner. Ang habol niyan ang magkamal ng malaking kita bigla at the expense of the networkers.
2) Dapat may proof na may kumikita at nakakuha ng benefits na. – check mo kung tutuo na kumikita. Kasi pag tutuo na may income ang kahit simpleng tao ay dudumugin talaga yan. Ganun ang nangyari sa Global Money ni Mr. Caceres. Madali makautang at ang dami ng nakakuha ng benefits.
3) Dapat may Online System at maayos na commission pay out system – sa una kung maliit pa lang bilang ng members ay ok lng ang manual pero pag lumaki na ay nagkakaruon na ng problema. Nagdiyan din yung pagmamanipula ng iba kung manual ang sistema. Mahirap din kung hindi by ATM ang kita kasi mahirap makipila sa oras ng bigayan ng commission.

5) Dapat ay alam mo ang takbo ng Network Marketing – mahirap magtagumpay sa negosyo ng Network Marketing kasi hindi ito basta-basta negosyo. Kailangan mo ng skills paanu magbenta ng produkto at skills papaanu magpalaki ng grupo at kung paanu kumausap sa tao. Kung akala ng iba ay simpleng trabaho ang Network Marketing ay nagkakamali sila. Maliban sa sipag (marami sa Network Marketers ay kulang sa tulog at limitado oras para sa ibang bagay) kasi lagi yang kumakausap sa new prospects at mga kasamahan niya sa grupo at nagplaplano sa diskarte. Karamihan sa nagwagi sa Network Marketing ay magagaling sa sales at marketing at masipag. Yung iba ay naginvest ng malaking pera. Kaya kung gusto mo manalo sa larangan ng Network Marketing ay kailangan mong pag-aralan ng husto ang negosyong ito.
