This P22 wage increase would give total P404 plus P22 wage for the workers in a non-agricultural institution and P367 plus P22 for those who are working in agricultural institution.
This increase however, will not be included in the computation of the 13th month pay, overtime pay, night differential rate, retirement and separation benefits of an employee.
Make it clear that the latest wage increase does not apply to the provincial areas.
