It was Friday when my internet connection became unstable and I did not even know what was going on until I called up the customer service of my internet provider. By then, I knew it was “Only a minor technical problem” according to the support group who answered my call.
There was a network trouble in my place according to Digitel. That trouble was widely experience by other subscribers because my friend’s connection wasn’t also good at that day.
I was given a service report number as reference of my incident report about my connection. I waited until finally tonight, I got the connection again.
I am thankful for the restoration of my net connection. However, I would like to suggest to Digitel Philippines and other internet service provider to put some server back up for any trouble in their system encounter in the future as problem like I experience is a big inconvenience for the subscribers.
Waiting for more than 24 hours for those people who have online business most especially bloggers is a big loss and disaster. Only if there is an automatic redirection of connection once one server is damaged, that would sound better and really a great idea.
