Life for me in the past year was so difficult. Many things happened in my life. Happy, sad, ups and downs; resigned from work, my father died, surviving in the daily life, my mother got sick, etc.
It’s been more than a year now when I resigned from my job as Assistant Principal/Director in one of the Korean/English Language institute in the country where I learned a lot in a corporate life.
Looking back on the past makes me say, I am strong enough to face the real life outside the four corners of my office where I trained myself how to handle difficulties, how to listen to employees’ complaints and erring.
Resigning from that high position in the company was not so easy for me most especially that I did not know what would happen next. It was really a difficult decision but I had to.
I loved writing journals of my life then and went into blogging for more than three years now. So far so good although my earnings has dropped quite low compared to my earnings last year; this is due to some connection problem. After resigning from work last year, my main source of income was through blogging but lately, I had difficulties in winning back my earnings because of no updates in my blog also because of the internet connectionMy Digitel DSL Internet Connection Restored after almost 48 hours of Disconnection due to Network Trouble. I and my wife had made a lot of decisions and we were trying our best to solve our financial problem. We were into direct selling (selling puto, detergent, fabric conditioner, herbal medicine, etc. just to survive in the most difficult time of our life. Bills to pay has grown up to the point that we could no longer pay them regularly until such time that we already received demand letter from legal of those companies we subscribed (mobile, internet, and credit card). It was really hard for us and until this time we are still in the recovery stage.
God is REALLY SO GOOD to my family that despite the difficulties we are experiencing, HE still gives us ways how to get rid of this situation.
I just opened a small Vegetable store in Silang, Supermarket in Silang, Cavite and with God’s help, we would be able to recover our losses. I and my wife are very optimistic and trust God to help us.
Going back into blogging:
My next plan now is to pursue and continue my blogging career which I already loved to do. I know that this time I am going to start from the start but still very positive I could make what I already did before.
