  4. I would like to ask to president PNOY for help regarding the 4Ps/PaNtAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM. We are about to start the Profiling to all family who are the beneficiaries of  the NHTS/NATIONAL HEALTH TARGETING SYSTEM but many barangay Chairmen won’t  cooperate by providing us a vounteers to conduct the survey. They are afraid of giving a monthly allowance for them. Though it is said a Volunteer but its hard to work without any in exchange of their effort they will going to spend. I hope PNOY would give a budget for those volunteers. I’m an RN Heals Nurse and its hard for me to conduct that survey with my own without any help from the volunteers of the barangay. I suppose to just check the paper works and make the monthly reports and be the organizer of different programs needed to achieve the AHA/AQUINO HEALTH AGENDA.
