Attended the mass service for President Cory were her children and current Philippine President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III, Pinky Aquino-Abellada, Ballsy, Viel, and Kris with family friends and members of volunteer organization. The Mass service was held at St. Benilde Gymnasium, La Salle, Green Hills.Aside from the mass, there was also a historical marker in honor of the former nation leader wherein President Noynoy and his sisters led the unveiling of the marker.
The life of the first Philippine female president was remembered nationwide.
The unveiling of the marker kicked off “Her Legacy, Our Promise: The People’s Tribute to Cory Aquino.”
Included in the celebration was the video presentation of the “People Power People” (PPP) that was shown after the mass which was officiated by Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates “Soc” Villegas.
