Filipino professionals living in Thailand are invited to participate in the 2026 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) Demand Survey for Multiple Professions in Thailand. The Migrant Workers Office (MWO) Bangkok is gathering responses to determine how many eligible Filipino nationals are interested in taking their professional licensure examinations in Thailand if the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) decides to conduct them in 2027.
The survey covers various regulated professions aside from the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT). Eligible Filipino professionals residing in Thailand are encouraged to answer the survey before the deadline on October 25, 2026 (Sunday).
Only Filipino nationals residing in Thailand who are eligible, or are in the process of meeting the eligibility requirements for their chosen profession, should participate.
What Is the 2026 SPLE Demand Survey?
The survey is being conducted by MWO Bangkok in compliance with the requirements of the Professional Regulation Commission. Its purpose is to assess demand for the Special Professional Licensure Examination among Filipino nationals currently residing in Thailand.
The survey focuses on multiple professional licensure examinations other than the examination for professional teachers. The consolidated results will be formally transmitted to the PRC to support the MWO's representation regarding the possible conduct of the SPLE in Thailand.
This process helps the concerned offices determine whether there is sufficient interest to support a proposed examination arrangement in the country.
Who Can Participate?
According to the survey instructions, participants should be Filipino nationals currently residing in Thailand who meet either of the following conditions:
- They are already eligible to take the licensure examination for their specific profession.
- They are in the process of complying with the eligibility requirements for that profession.
The MWO requests that only people who meet these conditions participate to help ensure the integrity and reliability of the survey results.
Are You Interested in Taking the SPLE in Thailand in 2027?
The form asks respondents whether they are interested in taking the SPLE if the PRC decides to conduct an examination in Thailand in 2027. Respondents must select either YES or NO.
