There are two sides of the coin just as there are two main groups of people, the majority and the minority. These are enveloped by diversity and inclusion. Each individual is unique. That is a trait unquestionably accepted globally. This individualism posits the many related factors that make each one different from the other, which unfortunately give rise to the negative effects of groupings where others are labeled due to the color of the skin, which is quite dominant, the status in life exhibiting a wide range of gap bracket between the rich and the poor, physical attributes like the height, the weight and shape of the face, the gender whether male or female, and the mental abilities.

However, in these varied personalities run a range of knowledge that govern people of a greater perspective that categorizes inclusion. In this modern era, equality has a voice and it runs deep as various movements and organizations support inclusion. To belong is to be a part of the whole and this comprises the oneness of vision and goal. Still, there are many who continue to oppose and bring stigma towards the lesser number of certain groups for some reasons they project as valid. Diversity is one thing, inclusion is another. It is like seeing the differences and having steps for integration.

Inclusion demands schematic approaches whether they be young children, teens, adults, or old people. Each differs from the other not only in some components like age, sex, and status in life but also in terms of the severity of cases. For instance, a special needs student has to be assessed by the experts in order to be given appropriate interventions that the child may be able to cope up with the flow of study in the regular setting, and in this regard, everybody in the class benefits. Both the students with special needs and those without disabilities develop socialization skills as they mingle with peers and build friendships, and self-confidence is manifested as respect is maintained.

Inclusion for adults is reflective of powerful machinery in the workplace. It creates trust. Henceforth, a specific task produces understanding, learning, and mastery. These are major areas of productivity. It generates the ability of flexibility and managing an overall excellent working atmosphere as one goes out from the comfort zones to create bridges instead of walls acknowledging that each presence in the company, regardless of whatever flaws, is a big asset in the growth of the personnel as well as the company. To empower others is to make a change within oneself as an increase in creativity and innovation sharpen the mind that merely started accepting others in the fold.

As no one is perfect, let not a bias judgment cloud enthusiasm. Let yourself and others thrive without prejudice.
