Antonio, not real name, Dubai-based OFW from Cebu won the latest lottery sponsored by Mahzooz, the country’s popular lottery draw that is held weekly. Antonio is the second OFW who won AED1 million equivalent to around PHP13.28 million.
At the moment, there are already 17,000 Filipinos who won in the weekly draw.
